Reservations are made through the GGBA office.
Fees for GGBA affiliated groups: $25 fee for 50 people or less, $50 fee for 51 to 100 people, and $75 fee for 101 people or more. Telephone number is 704-854-9928, but reservations must be made at 704-867-7257.
Fees for non-GGBA affiliated groups: Groups not affiliated with the Greater Gaston Baptist Association can use the Roberts Retreat facilities only at the discretion of the Executive Director and Chairman of the Retreat Team. A fee of $3.00 will be charged for each person attending and is due when the reservation is approved. Make check to the GGBA.
Directions To Roberts Retreat
Follow Hwy. 74 West toward Kings Mountain. Turn left onto Sparrow Springs Road. Go approximately 2 1/2 until Sparrow Springs Road sharply turns right. Proceed 1 mile (passing entrance to Crowder's Mountain State Park) then turn left onto Dover Road. Go to end of Dover Road. Roberts Retreat is at the end of the road.
Follow I-85 and take the Edgewood Road exit. (If on I-85 South, turn left at top of ramp. If on I-85 North, turn right at top of ramp.) Go to stoplight, turn right onto Hwy. 74. Go approximately 1 1/2 miles and turn left on to Sparrow Springs Road. Go approximately 2 1/2 miles until Sparrow Springs sharply turns right. Proceed 1 mile (passing entrance to Crowder's Mountain State Park) then turn left onto Dover Road. Go to end of Dover Road and Roberts Retreat is at end of the road.
