African-American Church Consultant James Williams
Principal Function: To design, administer, and evaluate an on-going program of support and cooperation that will edify our African-American congregations and strengthen the life of the GGBA.
 | Works with the GGBA in planning, developing, promoting, coordinating, and evaluating a program of support for the African-American churches and in the achievement of their God-given purposes. |
| Provides coordination and leadership to facilitate through the GGBA and African-American churches a systematic approach to stewardship, education and cooperation. |
| Provides education and assistance for African-American churches. |
| Helps develop goals, strategies, and objectives regarding an overall strategy plan for the African-American churches. |
| Provides consultation and direction upon request for African-American churches. |
| Acts as an enabler to provide training for both professional and volunteer workers in the African-American churches. |
| Helps provide training conferences, church growth development, discipleship training, leadership development, Bible study development and other resources for African-American churches. |
| As time and schedule permit, he will visit churches by invitation of the pastor or other church leaders to provide assistance, support, training and encouragement. |
